In hoc enim deliquit, quia translato negotio ad Papam, cognoscere quis non posset, ut 2. q. 1, nomen; et 3. q. 6, multum stupeo. Nam eo ipso quod iudex dicit se velle referre negotium ad superiorem, non potest ammodo cognoscere, C. de relat., si quis; et C. de appellat., ex illo.
